Our Shipping Policy applies to all orders of coffee goods placed on our website, with all transactions processed in USD as the unified settlement currency and complimentary worldwide shipping provided for every purchase without extra delivery fees for any region globally; all confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment verification, and the standard delivery window for all shipments regardless of destination ranges from 6 to 12 business days from the shipping date, we do not offer expedited delivery services at present, customers are fully responsible for any local import tariffs, customs duties or inspection charges enforced by the receiving country’s authorities upon parcel arrival, delivery delays stemming from customs clearance hold-ups, third-party logistics disruptions, natural disasters or other force majeure events beyond our control are not subject to compensation from our side, all relevant return and refund timelines follow our published Refund Policy where goods can be returned within 60 days of receipt and approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, we retain the right to update shipping terms on the website without separate individual notifications to customers, and by completing checkout and submitting payment for any coffee product, you acknowledge full understanding and acceptance of all shipping regulations outlined in this policy.
